I think car privacy isn’t talked about amongst any privacy enthusiasts online ever, and it apparently is one of the biggest data collectors out there. For someone like me who values electric cars for there affordability and environmental reasons, but still want physical car buttons and control over my data, how would I go about this?
Ironic, because in the early days when I did the same thing while looking an instance, you were one of the people who loudly criticized me. And you have WAY more accounts than I ever did and post way more than I ever did. Funny how that works, huh?

My post history is public and for all to see. You are rewriting history. I was (and still am) promoting third parties because I want to see the Duopoly be toppled. To imply that I am right-wing is totally wrong. Yes, I post news articles from all viewpoints (because I don’t believe in censorship), but the overwhelming majority of my posts are, and always have been, socialist and pro-third party. Everything I have ever posted on is public, as are the communites I mod (which are mostly socialist), so people can see for themselves.
It was a different time just before the 2024 election. My being pro-third party was seen as an affront to the duopoly that Lemmy worshipped at the time. Now more and more people have come around to seeing that the Duopoly isn’t looking out for us.
Nothing I posted then would even be considered slightly controversial now. lol
But that’s a different conversation. This conversation is about multiple accounts. And you very much did care, and jumped on the bandwagon when people would imply that I had multple accounts to ban evade, even tho I’ve always used the name Universal Monk, just as you use cm0002. I was pointing out the irony of that, because you have many more than I ever did.
I personally don’t care about multiple accounts because I did the same thing as I tried to find a good home instance. Ironic and hypocritical comments tho… that annoys me. :)
