The Steam Machine doesn't need to be console-beating if you already own a desktop, it's made to satisfy a different niche.

    It’s able ! However my experience on Linux tells me to warn you that having the PS4 controller work only requires plug and play, having the PS5 controller work requires a few (moderate) tweaks

      On Steam Deck it just works, but that’s because it’s running through Steam.
