Instead YouTube gives me literally nothing but AI spam. :/

I kept scrolling until I ran out of relevant results. Not a single video was legit. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much AI slop in one search term and by the gods there is a lot of crap on YouTube.

Anyone have a good comparison video? I’m just wanting a decent comparison of Actual, Firefly III and possibly HomeBank. Feel free to also give me your 2 cents on whatever you use :)

    This may be no help at all, but instead of having to waste my time watching unnecessarily drawn out videos, I’ve been feeding the links into perplexity and asking it to summarize the video for me. Saves a shitload of time.

      Given that those videos are just AI scripts voiced by AI, couldn’t you just ask perplexity to compare the two products? It would still be a unreliable LLM answer, but at least you’re not jumping through hoops to get there.
