I had a hard think about what things I use, and why, and realized all the social networks I used I didn’t need.
Facebook and Instagram became a ritual of watching Reels, and I didn’t really use the rest. I liked keeping a photoblog though, hence having a Pixelfed account.
If a business only has a Facebook presence…well I probably didn’t need to interact anyway? And if I do I am sure I can find a number, an email, or go in person…
What do you use instead for online social groups? Do you ever hit a group or business that’s only on Meta apps, whether fakebook or whatsapp?
All the time. I’ve had no trouble finding other businesses to buy from or other groups to join up with.
Businesses and groups with only a Facebook tend to have… other issues, anyway.
