I saw an ad for The Register website on Reddit, since then I stopped really being dependent on them and trusting them and to some extent I started thinking more before sharing their articles.
Anyone else like me?

You’re boycotting every single company? Because even the village tailor will occasionally put an ad in the local newspaper.
Nope, only established companies with more than 5-10 employees.
So…. 99% of businesses? You couldn’t even shop at a farmers market if you exclude 5+ employees.
You misunderstood my comment, I buycott businesses who have more than 5 employees and pay to advertise.
Well, let’s hope for your sake that that one corner shop where you’re still allowed to buy food never hires a 5th employee …
You are misinterpreting my statement intentionally. But yes, most of the shops I buy from do not run ads.
I’m not misinterpreting it, I just made an absurd example to illustrate how ridiculous it is.
I doubt that. You’re just not aware of them.
