    IIRC he had never firmly committed to boycott Cornell. He had been asked about it and said something more or less like “yeah I’ll look into it.”

      If it should be part of BDS shit then yeah it doesn’t look good but also I wonder if the Fell For it Again gooner crowd about to cum over this might have considered it’s a “pick your battles” situation and Mamdani and his administration might not have the funding or organizational capability to fight Cornell while also doing all of the other shit that they want to do

      I wish people would just fucking wait until he’s actually in office so I don’t feel compelled to defend someone who might meet or exceed their expectations for him being shitty but like jesus christ I wish people would wait at least a month or two before they wail in ecstasy over how shitty Mamdani, a person who still isn’t in office and has consequently done nothing as mayor so far, is
