Who cares? Award shows are just industry circle jerk sessions. Sucks for the cast and crew that may get gigs off of any awards but this just shows how much of a racket these kinds of awards are.

They deserve all awards, but I’m quite happy, as a European, that the best show of 2025 is 100% Canadian. Not really keen on watching US stuff right now… The show wouldn’t be this good with US executives overseeing it, the music would be different for sure and that alone is a huge part of the show. I loved to discover all these Canadian music gems 🥰
