None of them prohibit women from playing. No woman has ever been drafted in the MLB or NFL, but the NBA did draft one woman who didnt end up playing, and the NHL had one woman play a preseason game.

Maybe its for your suggestion to exclude trans people from the leagues of their gender and by not allowing them to play at all, since there are not enough trans athletes to form a whole league. Yes, most “men’s” leagues allow women, and by that extent trans women.
Women’s sports were created for the sole purpose of giving women a chance to actually win competitions in sports where men have a big advantage
