In a third world country that doesn’t care much about individuals torrenting. All 4 ISP we have block Torrent sites but that is easily solved be changing DNS. However, the problem is that we have qouta in here. One gigabyte (home dsl) costs 1.5 pounds, 1 gigabyte on mobile data costs 50 pounds = 1$. If an affordable quota-free plan becomes available someday, then you can seed then. Unfortunately only being able to leech may limit your options in terms of private trackers that require ratio, but popular releases are typically available on public trackers anyhow.
