I was with Verizon for years, as they got more and more expensive, and customer service got worse and worse, and then they started charging for it.

So I switched to T-Mobile. They have the same mediocre service, but they are half the price, and include Netflix and Hulu. I also got their $35 Internet, which works fine, and that includes Paramount and Peacock. Then they have TMobile Tuesdays, which gets me good deals on pizza.

So imagine my schadenfreude as Verizon dive-bombed yesterday.
