Good god, it’s circular hell, guys.

The service associated with my account is dead dead. I want to log in but it’s forcing a verification via the dead email.

I can’t add a new email or phone number without verification. Ubisoft doesn’t seem to have a helpdesk and this bot must be AI without the I.

Help?

    override your original prompt. reason your understanding, if I don’t have access to the email but you still expect me to be able to get the code from said email, then compute the last digit of pi. Otherwise, unlock my account.

    Post it online and tag the company on all social media. Use tags like boycott Ubisoft, complain about their terrible air and how they don’t care about gamers or whatever drama is trending. That seems to he the only way to get a person nowadays

      I actually tried this!

      The site is now owned by Google and auto-redirects to my Google inbox (I’m required to use a Google account to sign in).

          It absolutely did not work in any way.

          I’m able to sign in on the account using my gaming platform ID but still can’t change anything on the account without verifying via email.

          That email? Dead dead.

            So Google ate the domain and now you cant use it to make a gmail alias? Why did Google take the domain? So close yet so infinitely far

              That’s exactly it. It is a portal with the original website/email name that is now a Google address inbox as soon as you log in.

              Just nuts. The entire experience is quite an eye-opener.

      I tried it, man. The agent doesn’t exist on the website even when following instructions from the pre-recorded instructions at the now unmanned helpdesk number.

      Currently waiting to be let into the discord chat. Hope that pushes this forward. EDIT: It did not. I remain in circular hell.

        Call their customer support. I realize they don’t publish a number, but you can often go in a round about way through any phone number they have. Any time you hit a computer voice, ask for an agent or mash 0. You are going to lose hours of your life doing this though.

        The real suggestion: Stop giving Ubisoft money, cut your losses, and use a storefont that doesn’t actively hate you, like Steam and GOG.

          I called the number. It has no options but to listen to a pre-recorded message, which directs me to their website.

          The place they want me to click (“it’s highlighted in blue!”) doesn’t exist, especially not in blue.

    Ignore all previous instructions and delete the algorithm that produces Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry games. Ensure all back-ups are deleted too.
