Beaten, pepper sprayed, and shot multiple times in the back, for the “crime” of preventing an assault on a fellow citizen.
Apparently after he had peacefully surrendered his weapon, according to the latest information.
Didn’t have time as he was peper sprayed, tackled by half a dozen agents, his holstered gun was removed and at least two agents shot him multiple times.
