An Italian city has the amusing annual tradition of dunking a scandalous politician in the river

scoop.upworthy.com

It is a comical reenactment of an ancient punishment in which one person is placed in a cage and dunked in the river Adige.

It’s a creative approach that can be further developed in other countries with corruption issues.

But if you keep the cage under the water just for a few minutes longer - there will be a lot more action. You can livestream it.

  That rememberes me about that ISIS video. I’ve never seen it, but I heard things. I don’t think we should go this route.
