That last drawing reminds me of a game called “Pigs” that you play with a set of 3 (?, I think) pink plastic pigs, and you roll them like dice, and get points depending on the positions they land in.
I used to have a business associate who carried them in her purse, and would pull them out while we were hanging around, drinking with clients. They were a fun ice-breaker.
