You can use the other 90% anonymously. (You can’t actually because streaming services cost money, but you know what I mean.)

All those sites combined still only account for 10% of global traffic. And 10% is not a even close to a majority.
The other 90% is streaming traffic.
But you’re right! So why not ban access to that 10% for kids. You can use the other 90% anonymously. (You can’t actually because streaming services cost money, but you know what I mean.)
