    I gotta give plasma another try now that we’re on 6.x, I keep hearing good things. I think I’ll probably still be a gnome person but if kde was in a better place than last time I used it that’d be rad. I don’t always love the way gnome is run as a project 😅

      I started with gnome, because I disliked the style of plasma, but with latest major change I made the switch, first I themed it to be macOS style (dock + top bar) but maintaining a themed desktop (especially missing icons) was a PITA, so now I just use endeavourOS plasma theme as it comes out of box 😂

      Guess I got old

      KDE is great. It’s one of my favourite DEs. It used to be that KDE was VERY resource heavy, but it’s leaner now.
