It’s one of my favorite games of all time. Somehow I can’t go back to Cities Skylines since the release of Part 2. But Cities Skylines 2 is still bad, so I end up not playing Cities at all.
Biggest reason I haven’t bought it yet. The first one scratches the itch just fine, especially with mods. Every time I see it on sale I just check the reviews and usually come to the same conclusion and just go back to the first.
Exact same for me. There’s a lot of QOL upgrades in 2 that I can’t play without anymore but at the same time, the game feels a lot more shallow compared to 1
