Thinking other animals are incapable of complex thoughts is so weird. We know that humans only have these abilities because of the momentum of society. Feral humans are proof none of what we do is innate.

There are definitely degrees of fucked up, from a light sprinkling all the way to non-functioning. And it’s not always the parents, external forces play a large role. Only the most authoritarian parenting styles get full credit.

People with borderline have a much higher success rate at maintaining their abusive relationship style with people who are already mentally struggling or otherwise neurodivergent.
