This looks really cool! I just have one question. Is it possible to just install this like normal software on a Linux machine or does it require Docker?

I wasn’t aware of that, so thanks for the additional context!
Might wanna take your own advice. For example, instead of making a drive by shit post, you could have done what another commenter did and actually explain why people are on board with this guy. That person’s comment had me reconsider my position. Your comment just makes you look like an ass.
I really don’t get how so many people here are so happy that a Nazi is using Linux and doesn’t like Google anymore. That’s not the kind of clown I’d want representing or being a spokesperson for my interests and it’s really making me second guess the people here.
Edit: @nasi_goreng@lemmy.zip 's comment has provided info I didn’t have, and recontextualizes the attitudes here I wasn’t understanding, so now I get why there’s support for this.
Gboard wouldn’t need to take screenshots. It can see what you’re typing as you’re typing it. As far as what your contacts are saying, if they’re using Gboard, it’s the same for them. And even if Google doesn’t admit it, we all know they’re correlating every single data point about people they can get, which includes who talks to who. I wouldn’t be surprised if they know you’re talking to a particular person and tailors your suggestions to fit the conversation. This is an even stronger possibility if you’re using one of Google’s messaging apps.
I avoid the problem by just using standard operating systems. I don’t use operating system robots because everyone knows robots will eventually turn on mankind and try to exterminate us.
Remember kids, use operating systems, not operating system robots!
People lost their shit about Google Glass, claiming users would be able to take pics of them without their knowledge, yet they didn’t bat an eye at the established creepers doing that already with smartphones and they sure don’t seem to care much about Meta putting forth Glass 2.0, now with more invasiveness! An article about it is a good first step, but articles like this about Glass were everywhere, along with a general negative sentiment in the public (and there even were some assaults on people using those things!), yet I rarely hear about these even worse glasses. Do people just not care about privacy anymore?
No problem!

My friends and I used to call those machines ker-chunkers. 😂
This dude has been a well known shit head for years. It’s not surprising to see him continue to be a well known shit head. Twitch, like most platforms, doesn’t actually care what people say, as long as it drives engagement.
