What is the difference between Wafrn, and “Evil Wafrn”?

is it just a different Wafrn instance?

Is it a completely different and separate Fediverse platform?

I attempted to log into “Evil Wafrn” using my regular Wafrn login and that failed.

I thought of it when I noticed that Lemmy doesn’t host GIF’s or Videos natively.

When i asked around, the people who I asked kept recommending me PeerTube and Pixelfed.

But, at least IMO, while still great Fediverse Platforms, not that great at hosting media for other platforms.
