@Mickey7 Its quite simple, keeping all the walls white. If I ever leave that flat I do not need to paint the walls white again.
Sure if they are dirty I still need to do that but it’s much easier than covering up some color.

I never painted the exterior but as we are living for rent this is nothing in our responsibility.
The landlord need to decide and pay for that.
