I’m still in that 28%. I need to make sure I can get another year of security updates…
It’s a game where it’s useful to use status moves on wild Pokemon (mostly to catch) and also all status moves work the same against bosses as regular enemies.
To me, those all look like cheddar, maybe cheddar and monterey jack
what does Kash have to do with dogs now? I’d expect RFK or Kristi Noem here

This doesn’t hold up. For you, personally, sure. But EVERYONE couldn’t convert to dumpster diving. That’s just shitty supermarkets.
I had this revelation about buying local. If EVERYONE “bought local”, local farms begin looking like factory farms in order to produce enough for the local population. I’m certain there would be additional inefficiencies (moral atrocities) as a result. It’s more ethical for me, personally, to get my produce locally, but I can’t in good faith criticize anyone else that buys groceries on Amazon.
There’s no ethical consumption under capitalism.

Hell fuckin yeah

Why the hell is a rare bacteria in the effluent anyway? Isn’t this water just being used to cool electronics?
I think I’ve eventually arrived at “Everything is an illusion but it’s the only illusion we have, so it’s as real as anything else.” Everything we experience is a subjective response to a stimuli and no two people have that exact same response. It’s irrelevant whether we’re meat golems piloted by ghosts, dream figments, or NPCs in a massive simulation, because we live in a world with billions of others, and what we do matters to ourselves and those others.
I guess recognizing everyone else as real puts me in the Everything Is Real camp.

Is it supposed to be a bannable offense to downvote a post or comment?

Vibes off, try again in 3 years

France 24 seems to be a legit publication, but it’s possible the glacier collapse video is a recreation. Also possible that it was a state-owned video that they acquired, which is why it hadn’t been shared on social media up until now.

Wow I hadn’t seen the video of the actual glacier collapse. Very good rundown of the locations and timelines. Tragedy for all involved.

This one looks fun. Hopefully it runs well and doesn’t hold your hand too much.

And the boomers had a bunch of kids that are all tech savvy and in their 30s-40s, so you know, the primary userbase for Reddit/Twitter/Lemmy/Mastodon etc.

Read the article next time. Another company claims X abandoned the name and is launching a competetor using “Twitter” “Tweets” and Twitter.now url.
Apocalyptic is actually the right term here, holy shit. Those people never stood a chance.
Woooow, this is awesome news. This dev has been putting out great games this whole time, so I’m excited to see an expansion on this world, which is their most fleshed-out one (yes even compared to Samarost)
