Use disroot as it has email, drive and nextcloud calendars for free or if you want your own drive and calendar you host buy a raspberry pi or even use a laptop you have in your spare drawer, install a Linux distro and setup nextcloud for everything on your device

If you are on iOS I recommend KeeForge as there are no payments aside from donations and it supports KeePassXC and KBDX formats

I use disroot, it’s great and the only email service I’ve seen that’s private but still supports IMAP, but your email arent encrypted by default unless you encrypt inside an email client like thunderbird and you can also get custom domains if you donate them money for life as well as use any email client you like if you don’t like one specific UI
