Choose the one you’re using on the desktop. Under the hood they’re all Safari but at least this way you can sync everything to your desktop.

Not a single issue with Intel + Wayland + Fedora + KDE.
Some people suggest SELinux which is great. But if you really want to take it to the maximum use its MLS.
I started with Bitwarden as a replacement for KeePass and changed to 1Password due to the way they secure the login password (password + random string). KeePass is now my backup place for 1Password and I support Bitwarden with a subscription because I like to support their OSS way.
I’m using Bitwarden, 1Password and KeePass. Works like a charme.
One important thing is missing: SELinux. This should be included right from the start if you want maximum security.
