did you know, that the gonic developer sentriz is developing a beets alternative in go https://github.com/sentriz/wrtag
it works quite well, but lacks a lot of the features of beets
yeah, but its less visual
cd ..... is harder to understand than cd ../../../..
also the extension work with any commend, not just cd
i use fish shell with https://github.com/nickeb96/puffer-fish
basically when i type it expands to ../.. and adds another /.. for every additional dot i type
its similar to what the zsh users in the comment section are doing

yeah it mimics how humans write on paper, but i’m on a computer

i have been using Ubuntu Fonts for the past years and now every other font is ugly
like why does every font, except ubuntu, have these ugly af corners?

ubuntu font for comparison:

i study computer science
how would an empty file named woman be homework
become woman && touch $(whoami)
i actually have a nobody:nobody chowned, =000 chmodded file named grass in my home directory
its easier to explain than and doesn’t give as much incel vibes as a file named woman

there is also https://forge.hackers.town/hackers.town/nepenthes
NixOS, Android, Void, LFS, Tinycore, Puppy
tbh ubuntu just werks
pretty decent corporate backed distro

I’ve never used swipe typing, so my data is probably garbage, but its kinda fun.
