XIV is my favourite, none of the others I tried stuck, but I’m pretty sure it’s an outlier

I’m on oathbringer, finally getting back into it after sitting on it for something like 6 years. On page 960 or so…

I will always recommend rimworld, it’s a very open colony sim set in the far future on a planet where a lot of stuff has regressed, it’s one of the more moddable games around now so you can make it what you want. Lots of freedom to play how you want, it’s a bit like the sims except you can have anything from a cosy farm to a machine-worshipping murder cult.

Yeah it was fun but the ending was just eh. Artemis was better.

UK is generally shoes off from everything I’ve seen but ok then

You can already do that with the lens though?

I liked it more than I thought I would but I still hate QTEs

I’m still planning on playing more of it but it hasn’t clicked for me yet. The music is alright though, that being said I’ve had other game soundtracks in my head lately.

Yeah I think the original game is maybe 10-20% of the game now.

Space age is huge compared to what there was before and I’ve had a few runs fizzle out early

Yeah I found I became my own worst enemy in silksong, whenever you get a new movement ability it just opens up a ton of crazy stuff you can do and for a while I was just fighting the urge to go too fast (and doing it anyway)

I got to the mantis bosses and stalled. I came back when skong came out and found out they were an optional boss. Now I’ve finished 2 acts of the second game so I guess I’ve come a way. The second one is so much more in every way though and you probably don’t need to play the first before it but it helps.

Yeah it’s good but minceraft has way more content potential. Even before you start piling on the modpacks.
I hate how the most reliable denuvo cracker crashed out and turned out to be actually insane (probably a requirement to crack it tbh) and an awful person
Afaik 6-7 doesn’t actually have a significant meaning beyond “haha funny” so there’s that. It’s just late stage tiktok brainrot

God I remember doing a puzzle in Jedi fallen order and about half way through it’s like “oh maybe you should do this” and pointed me to the solution… Like if I’m playing on the hardest difficulty why are you throwing hints that ruin the whole thing?

Oh yeah I had one of those before my 4790k
It’s a symptom. If they had actually considered things like this then it might have turned out a lot better.

Yeah, I can watch all sorts of bad movies if the technical aspects fascinate me. Avatar hasn’t let me down on that front so far.
Baldur’s gate 3, the combat was frustrating and the dice rolls popping up in the middle of any skill check were annoying. I’m sure there are others but that’s the one I can think of right now.
