Hola,

I’m a native Spanish speaker from Spain (I live in the U.S., spoke English all my life with a native English speaking father and my English could be better than my Spanish). Since I am Spanish, we use vosotros. While I heard people in the U.S. learn “ustedes comen”, I would say “vosotros coméis”.

I learned vosotros conjugations in high school in the US.

I’m currently living in Colombia, where they are not used. One of my Spanish teachers here taught them to us anyway. The other two teachers completely ignored their existence.

¡Qué interesante! Vivo en Estados Unidos y no se usan aquí. Intento usar “ustedes” con gente pq es más usado, incluso si ya conocen la palabra “vosotros”
