Started playing builders 1 on Steam Deck and while it’s missing a bit of the visual polish of pokopia, it’s a lot of fun so far. I didn’t play it when it was new but it’s definitely scratching a build/craft/explore itch without the decision paralysis of something completely open-ended like Minecraft.
Anyone else playing this for lack of Pokopia?
@GandalfDG No thanks. I’m in no hurry to get Pokopia.
I played it when it was new. Spent hours on the demo alone. Killed a dragon with a stick.
I liked 1 a lot better than 2 but apparently that’s an unpopular sentiment.
I somehow completely missed that they were on Steam (I played one of them on the Switch ages ago and guess I assumed they were console exclusives). Will have to nab them because I was also feeling a little bummed about missing out on Pokopia. So thanks! 😁
I think they were ported relatively recently afaik
idk which part of it tickles you but i can always recommend stardew valley
I’ve played stardew a reasonable amount, but my wife has absolutely devoured that game haha
Oh man, same.
The majority of my purchases from this sale were to scratch that Pokopia/Animal Crossing itch. My wife and I are currently playing through My Time At Sandrock but I have both Dragon Quest Builders downloaded too. I also grabbed Amber Isle and Critter Cove but haven’t played much past the introduction on either of them.
My wishlist is full of upcoming and early access games in this genre now, haha. I’m really excited for Hawthorn.
