I have this video saved as an mp3 on a second device just for sleeping. Helps block plug little noises that my broken brain terms to fixate on. It’s 8 hours too, so you can use it as a impromptu timer to know when to wake up. If the nose hasn’t stopped, then it’s not time to wake yet.
Brown noise is better
Last time I tried this I accidentally played the brown note instead…
