it’s a small community on Lemmy, there isn’t currently as much of a need to split out into separate communities - maybe there will eventually be enough t4t traction and need to split out into a separate community, but until then just chatting with people in the main trans communities is probably your best bet (as well as joining the Matrix servers)
Matrix is an open standard for secure, decentralized, real-time communication. Think of it as an open protocol for messaging, similar to how email works - anyone can run their own server, and all servers can communicate with each other.
