And the prophecy that Anakin brings balance to the Force is fulfilled when he reduces the number of Jedi to equal the number of Sith (2) and later the number of Sith to equal the number of Jedi (0), implying the Jedi temple as an institution was unbalanced and the best number of Jedi (and Sith) is zero.
