I was going to reply back that I heard pitbulls were nanny dogs but searching it up, it’s not true:

Unfortunately, while there is lots of evidence that Pitbulls and children could and can form loving bonds, and reams of vintage photographs showing babies and children posing with Pitbull breeds, there is no evidence that they were ever called Nanny Dogs at the time, and certainly weren’t bred for the purpose.

Nah, I’ve had three pitbulls. They require a shit load of training, patience and situational awareness. Great dogs if they are set up for success. Obviously, this is my anecdotal experience. But, I’d be willing to bet they produce some of the worst results when attacking people statistically.
