Yep, from my knowledge (pretty limited, as a 32yo man, but I do have a teenage cousin) we passed peak baggy a few years ago.
It’s already 2nd time my lifetime when the baggy jeans are in, and I hate it
I might actually find a pair of jeans I can comfortably wear!
Skinny jeans are still considered mum jeans (millennials are parents btw).

I only buy jeans second hand at thrift shops. I like 'em broken in.

In my middling advanced years I do require a 36" waist, common enough in my area, I also prefer a 34" inseam though I really only need 32" inseam. I seldom fail to find at least a pair or two.
34/32 for me. I’d love to thrift more but theres only ever like 2 pairs in that size and they don’t match what I’m looking for.
I have no such luck. they don’t make pants for me, but I’m glad thrifting still works for someone
