Developers will just build an entire town with houses that all look something like this (except its a maze that’s unreasonably difficult to navigate) 0 public transport and something like 1 road in and out that everyone needs to drive through to get to there job everyday.
We do it in Europe too, but maybe for 10-20 houses. Not 200
