On one hand, good. On the other hand, I would expect it to create a tobacco black market if it wasn’t for the existence of nicotine vapes. I haven’t been able to find info on the vape regulation aspect, but I assume those will still be legally sold.
Still less likely to be introduced to it.

Fuck right off. That’s second-class citizenship. It’s not an age restriction - it’s treating people differently, forever, based on when they were born.
You can’t say this product is for adults only and then tell some people they will never be treated as adults.
This is intolerable for reasons completely unrelated to tobacco. We cannot allow any form of this discrimination.
