Parliament has passed a bill to make cigarettes inaccessible to future generations in the U.K. Children born after Dec. 31, 2008, will never be able to buy cigarettes under the new Tobacco and Vapes Bill.
On one hand, good. On the other hand, I would expect it to create a tobacco black market if it wasn’t for the existence of nicotine vapes. I haven’t been able to find info on the vape regulation aspect, but I assume those will still be legally sold.
