I don’t get any result searching the same time range for Israel. I do get some results in random other countries. Worldwide only shows US. It seems to be somewhat random.
Might be how a country/regional service date stamps its metadata relative to how Google Analytics converts it to a result. Exactly 12 h sounds more like a conversion issue.
