Danny devito is the actor from taxi, but the guy I like is from always sunny in philadelphias. (I had to rewatch this scene to get the wording correctly). agreed its one of my favorite scenes as well.
Number 1 was one of my all time faves, I can’t remember if I’ve seen #2 or not and I’m afraid to remember in case it was bad.
