Maybe move hosting to Iceland, the hosting providers over there do not care about DMCA notices.
Ban amazon IP range on your server.
In fact, we need a list of scrapers (like an ad block list) so people can be up to date with that crap.
That won’t protect you from DMCA claims though.
Easiest solution is to use DMCA ignored hosting, at least for a reverse proxy.
Why would they make a copyright claim to Hetzner? That make no sense. If Amazon is using DMCA, then that’s not how to do it. Even stranger is why would Hetzner adhere to US law if it is in fact a DMCA claim?
