If I don’t like the guy I pullout the logs of the share. If I do like him I tell him I gave him access and please report to le any other copy he may have encounter or worked on so I can be sure the datas are aligned and everyone work on the sales bases.
I had a document emailed to me a couple of years ago that apparently I never looked at and had to request access to last week. That project had long since been completed. 🤷♂️
My favorite kind of work, inspecting finished tasks.
In this case, I needed a refresher of past policy for a question that came up now.
“hey not sure what happened but something has kicked me off of the document, can you resend the access link? This darn vibe coded tech these days amirite”
