When I wake up in the morning and do my bike rides or lifting, I feel great throughout the day and have more energy. You don’t have to be alpha to know a bit if excersice is great and I think you’ll find makes you feel better for the rest of the day
That’s fairly privileged of you. Millions upon millions aren’t able to do what you do so nonchalantly, fellow human. Enjoy your own circumstances for what they are to you, but let’s not imply that it’s “easy” for anyone else to do the same. ✊🏼

Nah, I never feel better after I work out. Just tired and kind of shitty. Having to go to work afterwards would make me want to walk into traffic.
