A chaser is someone who wants to have sex with a trans person, because the person is trans, regardless of their character, etc. Most chasers are only interested in trans people that haven’t had gender affirming surgery, so it’s double icky.
That’s not what a chaser is. That is quite literally the opposite of a chaser.
