Based on the video it seems to be shooting with a bunch of cameras/angles, and then in the editing room just rapid firing between different angles/cuts. They use the classic “Taken” scene of having rapid fire cuts of Liam Neeson jumping a fence.

He explains it right at the beginning of the film, it’s the use of a series of quick cuts jumping back and forth between different shots and perspectives. It loses long set up shots which give the feeling of space and movement in an area. Blender cutting makes it hard to even really be able to tell exactly what is going on, and it’s especially used to cover bad planning and design.
