You keep claiming there are hundreds of videos of troops from the DPRK killing civilians defecting, but it’s often ROK troops shooting them. Cuba is not at war with anyone, and both Cuba and the DPRK are harmed by sanctions, the major reason the DPRK is doing better is because it has nuclear deterrence.
