    I don’t think you remember correctly. It uses regular WASD movement and has been using that since launch.

      If you hold rightclick then leftclick will make the character run forward.

        True, you can do that, but that’s an optional secondary movement style. Would be odd to drop the game over something you don’t have to use.

          It’s also odd that I couldn’t change hotkeys in 2024. If they’re cutting corners at that level then is it really worth spending my time given that there are other games that scratch that itch with better customizations?

            But why did you have to rebind that particular key combination, when you could have just rebound the regular “move forward” key (W) or added a secondary binding? The result would have been the same. It seems like an odd hill to die on to me, but you do you.
