I would certainly have added an NSFW tag before I post it. When I first saw it in my feed, I wish you had tagged it.
You can simultaneously be tuned in to what is going on and also want a break from it.
Not to mention that there are people with triggers and weaker mentality. Threadiverse users are so toxic when it comes to certain things sometimes…

My guess is it violates rule 3 or 4.
rule 4 being “No NSFW…”, which I agree with.
(rule 3 is “no AI or digital art”; I think this is a real photograph.)
