All I’ve done is stop ordering takeout, stopped making giant suppers an hour before bed and just eat healthier and smaller meals in general. Also I only eat once per day at supper time, so I guess that’s intermittent fasting I think? Didn’t even plan to do it, but I’m feeling so much better about myself.
Also helps that I’ve never been a very food motivated person so it’s easy for me to ignore my stomach all day until supper. Now if I could just cut out alcohol I would be really happy with how I look. The one thing that’s making me stay a bit chubby 😭

I’m down to 160, I think my peak weight was around 220 or so. My belt is stupidly long now, gonna buy a new smaller one so the end doesn’t wrap almost to my ass anymore 😂
You could follow three 90s trend of twisting the loose end around and letting it dangle down your leg.
You could even hang an onion from the end if you were so inclined!
As was the style at the time.
