Thanks so much for your reply, I really appreciate it. I think based on your and the other comment regarding the experience with the phone, I’m going to give Linux more years to figure out how to provide a usable phone experience. I last used sailfich and Ubuntu touch a couple of years ago and it sounds like no real progress has been made.
I love tinkering with Linux but I want my phone to phone and I don’t want to have to solve problems to do that.
Also, furilabs never bothered responding to my trouble ticket and with a phone that will most definitely will have issues, I don’t trust them to help when its needed.
A shame but you guys really saved me a huge chunk of money and I thank you both for that.
