If it’s a free service it’s definitely not in your favor. If it’s a pair service, still most likely not in your favor.
I always remember that case where someone got injured at Disneyland and part of their Disney plus subscription is an agreement they can’t sue Disney.
IIRC they died(?) due to allergens in food that was supposed to be allergen free and due to their D+ subscription they waived their rights to sue (bullshit)
Injured? IIRC the person died.
That actually is a regular occurrence when their previous terms are judged to be illegal.
