I’m not going to disagree with your points, but I will point out, we could be over a barrel like the UK, or be under illegal embargo like Cuba. Breaking the back of the corporatists and the oligarchs may be hard, but at least we still have a narrow chance here. It’s not pretty, but it could be a lot worse.
